1974 LH Torana SL/R 5000 L34 Tribute ... (SOLD)

Brand new fully restored genuine 1974 LH Torana SL/R, originally a factory SL/R six cylinder 4 speed manual, now fitted with a fully rebuilt L34 spec 5 litre V8 with a mild cam and an M21 4 speed gearbox through to a rebuilt Banjo 3.08 rear end.

Bare metal resprayed in the factory Aquamarine with L34 flares, front and rear spoilers and L34 spec chrome bumpers. Perfect black vinyl and houndstooth cloth trim as per the compliance plates. All three ID tags never removed on the original body. Excellent original floor pans including boot floor, with all original sheet metal still in place since day one.

Engine, gearbox and diff all rebuilt to L34 spec and this baby gets up and goes very nicely. Engine has been balanced and blue printed to original L34 specs, with cylinder heads set up by Peter Little - ex HDT mechanic and the car has been prepared to be able to be driven as a weekend cruiser or have some fun on the race track. Upgraded springs and shocks all round with new brakes, 4 core radiator, balanced tailshaft, new uni’s, new pinion seal and Hotwire wheels with new tyres.

A great opportunity to get into a genuine SL/R Torana in a rare colour with the full house L34 spec running gear and body enhancements. There's nothing to do with this Torana but get in and drive it!
