The current owner of more than 15 years has built this XY GT Falcon Replica over the last few years. A panel beater by trade, he has created a stunning GT from a damage free factory Ultra White 1971 XY Fairmont. He has transformed the Fairmont into an immaculate XY GT Falcon Replica that is stunning to look at and exceptional to drive. Running a T code 351 Cleveland sourced from a 1977 LTD now rebuilt to GT specs, with a fully rebuilt top loader gearbox and 9" limited slip diff with 3.25:1 ratio gearing. Fitted with a late model power steering box.

Mechanically the bottom end has been balanced with a larger volume oil sump, GT spec motor dynoed at 300RWHp featuring a metal shaker, Holley 650 Vac Secondaries, electronic dizzy, aluminium manifold, Pacemaker extractors through to a 2 1/2" exhaust all the way through with XY GT chrome tips. The 4 speed is a close ratio Top Loader with an 11" clutch and larger master cylinder and slave cylinder. Drum brake XY 9" rear end with 3.25:1 LSD centre. The GT has done 602 miles since the rebuild.

The interior has been fully retrimmed to GT specs in black, with new dash, gauges, GT steering wheel, new crash pad, GT seat trims and door cards, seat belts and new GT hood lining and new sun visors. The GT is fitted with a Superfringe radio converted to AM/FM with blue tooth. All rubbers and window winders are also new. The GT is fitted with the power steering out of the 1977 LTD making this a very nice car to drive.

The GT is fitted with correct GT wiper arms, a front spoiler, new over riders, rechromed front and rear bumper bars, new sill and drip rail molds, new door handles, new locks and new ignition barrel with working driving lights.

The GT rides on GT 5 slots with new dress rims and caps plus new red walled tyres. In the boot is a new 36 gallon fuel tank with breather line, spare 5 slot and a new boot mat.
