Purchased by the current owner in January 2011, this once-a-long-time-ago white VJ Valiant Hardtop 318 V8 was all there but tired. Inspired to build something extraordinary, the owner set about a three year ground up professional no expense spared fully documented nut and bolt reconstruction and has built a stunning Show Winning Vitamin C VH Valiant 'Pacer R/T' Hardtop 340 Six Pack. You'd have to agree this is a Valiant that Chrysler SHOULD HAVE BUILT!!! Running a magic 340 Chrysler stroked to 416ci, Edelbrock six-pack inlet manifold, Triple Holley two-barrel carburettors, Edelbrock RPM heads, hydraulic-roller cam, Scat crank and Scat forged H-beam conrods. Pacemaker extractors to a twin stainless 3" system and MSD ignition. 904 Torqueflite auto with 2800rpm stall and a shortened Borg Warner Trutrac diff with 3.5 gears. Interior is all class with fully retrimmed X1 black interior, factory console and push button shifter, Pacer instrumentation and three spoke steering wheel. Dual fuel fillers grace those sexy rear quarters with the E38/E49 35 gallon big tank installed in the enormous boot. Sexy 15x7 and 15x8 Ansen Sprints - the closest 15" to the original W35s grace all four corners.
