Thanks to the Victory of the XC Falcon Hardtops at the 1977 Bathurst 1000 race and Edsel Ford II marketing ingenuity, 1978 saw the release of a limited-edition of 400 Cobra XC's with the iconic White with Blue Stripes. Thirty years later, to celebrate the Falcon's 1st, 2nd and 3rd place domination of the 2007 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000, FPV quite fittingly released the limited edition BF MKII R Spec Falcon GT Cobra.

For sale is Build No.76 of the 400 limited edition BF II GT Cobras.

With only 2,447 klms from new, this stunning FPV BFII Falcon GT Cobra features the factory Boss 302kW 5.4L quad cam V8, 6 speed manual, Brembo Brakes and R-Spec suspension. Build No. 76 is presented in absolutely impeccable condition throughout. Even the underside of the car still presents as new with all factory markings still in place.

A ONE OWNER car, the GT enthusiast owner purchased the from Rex Gorell Ford in Geelong, Victoria on the 17th of December 2007 and has serviced the car with Eclipse Ford in Sebasopol on a regular basis. Of course this stunning FPV BFII Falcon GT Cobra features the factory Boss 302kW 5.4L quad cam V8, 6 speed manual transmission and R-Spec suspension. Build No. 76 is in absolutely impeccable condition throughout. In fact the car has never been driven in the rain!!!

This Cobra comes with all FPV documentation including the log books and owners manuals and 2 sets of keys.

The GT still features the unused original spare tyre and immaculate boot. The original 245x35ZR19 Dunlop SP Sports Maxx tyres are still on the Cobra and no expense has been spared lovingly maintaining the Cobra with regular oil changes.

This is definitely a premium quality collector car and like it's XC Falcon Cobra cousin, has become a true GT legend.
