A well known and documented vehicle, it has both Holden and A9X club confirmation letters. It is also documented in the Holden Torana Performance Handbook. This A9X hatch has graced the front covers of both Australian Muscle Cars and Wheels magazines. This A9X hatch was also featured in this years A9X club calendar, and is well known in the club.

This A9X Hatch was originally delivered to Peter Page Holden in Adelaide, SA in October 1977.
It has won two club awards in 2005 including A9X peoples choice award.
The car did receive a restoration about 2004, motor was freshened up(documented) and the A9X was painted externally.
All internal paint remains original as does the entire underneath of the vehicle.
This car is currently running a 650 Holley with chrome air filter signed by Bob Morris and Peter Brock(faded) at the 2005 AMC Masters.
All genuine A9X rims on car.
Only 100 A9X hatchbacks were produced and only 3 of them were Valencia Orange.
It is believed that only about 59 of these original hatches remain, owned by about 40 people, certainly a rare opportunity to become a custodian to an extremely rare and valued Holden.
The A9X hatchbacks, certainly remain one of the most pinnacle, revered and desirable Holden's of all time.
The legend of their accomplishments at Bathurst remain second to none.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
