1976 HJ Kingswood SL 308 V8 (SOLD)

Originally a stock 253 V8 Trimatic Kingswood SL now a 500+hp pump fuel std stroke VT Commodore 308 block. 30,000 bore, std crank, MW 4 bolt bearing caps, Scat HP rods, forged pistons, solid roller cam, hand ported cast iron heads from Higgins Racing. Pro Systems carby, Harrop intake, Di Fillipo headers, twin 3" exhaust, MSD ignition, and electric water pump. Full manualised Trimatic with 6,000 TCE stall converter. Big tailshaft/uni's, Moser Nodular Iron centre, pro gears, full spool etc. 60L fuel system. Body not cut/modified. Original trim in excellent condition with Tacho and gauges mounted on the steering column. 15 x 6 front and 15 x 8 rear custom GTS rims on Federal front and BF Goodrich tyres rear. Has run low 11's on the standing quarter in street trim. "Large" bonnet (as per track pics), smaller fibreglass bonnet (all other photos) and standard steel flat bonnet supplied with car.
