September, 1971 built GT finished in Jewel Green Metallic with Saddle trim, this GT is factory optioned with the 36 gallon fuel tank and is riding on 15" Bathurst Globes with red wall tyres. The previous long term owner restored the car and at the time added every XY option including the factory GOLDE sunroof, working factory integrated Air Conditioning as well as a genuine 8 track Radio/Stereo tape player.

The GT is running the all matching numbers 351 4V Cleveland, 4 speed Top Loader gearbox and 9" LSD diff.

Originally sold through Melford Motors, Melbourne, VIC the original owner chose to order one of the only 29 Jewel Green XY GT Falcons ever built. He was obviously keen to go for long drives ticking the option for the huge 36 gallon fuel tank. Special in its day, this GT is even more special today and with a full house of XY options now on board, this XY GT is a very nice place to be.
