Very late build November, 1971 XY GT finished in Jewel Green Metallic with rare S2 - Saddle with Cloth insert trim, and amazing tick every box options including factory SUNROOF, Air Conditioning, Eight Track and Dual sports mirrors. All wrapped up in a matching numbers 351 4V Cleveland with highly desirable phantom HO spec factory fitted 31 spline 4 speed close ratio long shaft Top Loader gearbox and 9" LSD diff with 3.5:1 gears.

Imagine the original owner heading into his local Ford dealer - Col Paige in Footscray, Melbourne to order this beauty. Obviously looking for something very special, not the typical boy racer impact colours that were more common on the factory order forms but something more classy, with nearly every option imaginable selected along with the critical choice to build this beauty as a manual transmission car. And little did the original owner know that hidden under the skin of this beauty were some super desirable run out HO parts to put the cherry on the cake. This was certainly a one off build. One of the the last XY GT Falcons built, special in its day and perhaps even more special today.
