1970 'Just a Phase' Skicraft Ski Boat - Power by Ford - 351 4V Cleveland (SOLD)

How cool would this look towed behind your Vermilion Fire XY GT?!

1970's Skicraft Clinker Deluxe Survivor ski boat running a 1970 351 4V Cleveland FORD crate motor. Owned by only one family since new. Original Vermilion Fire coloured gelcoat (not painted), original steering wheel and Stewart Warner gauges.

Originally ordered with the highest option centre mount 351 4V Cleveland motor available at the time. Skicraft ordered crate motors directly from Ford when building these boats. It is all original except for the Holley carburetor.

Because the engine came from Ford and has never been in a car it was never stamped. Date code indicates it is a late '70 4V 351 D block which would suit an XY GT Falcon. Every part is date matched including block, heads, sump, inlet manifold, sandwich plate and distributor.

Excellent original galvanised trailer, never seen salt water and riding on Bathurst Globes. Original purchase price was the same as a new GT Falcon. Inspections in Petrie, North Brisbane. (Ref. 5105)
