2000 VX CSV Corsa Volanti 300 - No.99 ... (SOLD)

Corsa Specialised Vehicles (CSV) was founded by Peter Dichiera, a well known engine builder and 1970s drag racer based out of Mildura. In 1996 CSV obtained government approval under the ADR scheme to became a "secondary manufacturer" in the same mould as it's larger rival, Holden Special Vehicles.

CSV's modified Commodore was known as the Volanti CSV 5000i which offered customers who wanted something rarer and more personalised than the HSV offering. CSV 's upgrades included engine and transmission upgrades, a premium leather seating package, an Unique CSV body kit and unique wheel/suspension packages.

Now for sale is one of the rarest and most expensive CSV Corsa's to be built. CSV Corsa Volanti 300 build No. 99 is the only one built to these specifications with the 300kW SiR hand-built 5 litre engine, transmission upgrade, full Harrop brake package, Bi-plane rear wing, side and front skirts, 2-tone full leather trim and Volanti 18" alloy rims. All in all a $43,274 upgrade to the base VX LS1 Berlina when new in 2000.
