Original 1982 XE Fairmont Ghia upgraded to full XE Fairmont Ghia ESP spec including the stunning Scheel seats, 351 Cleveland engine and 4 speed manual. Here is a great opportunity to acquire a super clean replica of one of the 178 XE Fairmont Ghia ESP 351's built by Ford.
Upgraded about 18 years ago with genuine unobtainable Scheel trim and then lightly used, the car is showing a genuine 93,252 Klms from new. The XE is a rust and damage free car with an external paint job only. Engine bay, door jambs and boot are all original paint and factory condition including the factory stickers.
Engine runs beautifully, with a mild cam, factory manifold, 750 vac sec Holley, extractors through to a full dual 2.5" system, then to a single exit pipe. Running factory air conditioning (needs compressor) and power steer. Upgraded with a 3.5:1 9 inch rear with LSD. Reconditioned suspension and front end including ball joints, tie rod ends and bushes.
The interior features the original ESP Scheel seats and all interior, dash and steering wheel are immaculate.
Riding on 15" Bathurst Globe wheels and near new red walled tyres. Rarely available and an excellent replica of one of Ford's rarest muscle cars.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
