1977 Ford XC Falcon GS Hardtop - 393ci V8 Yellow Glo
Well over $200,000 has been lavished on this GS Hardtop. A factory Brambles Red 302 V8 and 4 speed manual car, the current owner has undertaken a full bare metal restoration turning the Hardtop into a super comfortable and powerful custom cruiser. Painted in 2017 in 2 pack Yellow Glow with XB GS striping, every nut and bolt has been rebuilt on this car.
Gears are swapped via a John's Automatics 3 speed C-10 auto gearbox with 2800rpm stall and the XC is fitted with a 9" diff with 3.00:1 diff gears.
The factory Air Conditioning has been recommissioned to suit R134A and works perfectly and the car retains its factory power steering making cruising a pleasure.
- The braking system has been fully reconditioned from the master to the pads.
- The transmission and diff have been rebuilt.
- The suspension has been lowered with King springs front and rear and Koni shocks.
- The instrument gauge cluster was removed and sent for overhaul.
- The gauges were rewound and a digital voltage regulator fitted.
- The radiator and all hoses were replaced and the car runs cool no matter the traffic or the temperature of the day.
- The undercarriage was painted and rails, doors and quarters were cavity waxed.
- The engine bay wiring was stripped and checked/repaired and reinsulated and the battery has been relocated to the boot.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
