Genuine factory H-code 340ci 1973 Plymouth Cuda in Vitamin C (originally a TX9 black on black car), now for sale. Genuine 340ci updated to run the factory '6 Pack' Holley 3 x 2 barrel carbies set up on a genuine aluminium intake as seen on the track prepared Trans-Am Challengers and AAR Cudas of 1971.
Running through a 727 Torqueflite auto and standard 8 & 3/4" diff. The car still has all its original interior, A51 sports pack including sports instrument cluster, power steering, factory rear spoiler and bonnet pins, factory tinted glass, power front disc brakes and a new exhaust system. Also fitted with brand new Magnum 500 rims and T/A Radial tyres imported from the USA.
This is a very clean, smooth running US classic, and a glamour car from any angle. E-body Cudas were only produce for four years and are now very collectable in the US and many other countries. Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
