1971 XY Falcon GT Replica Ute ... (SOLD)

Built to be driven, this stunning fully restored Electric Blue 1971 XY Falcon Ute has only recently been completed by a passionate Ford enthusiast.

Endowed with a mighty 525hp Geoff Hayes Racing Engines 351 Cleveland complete with AFD aluminium cylinder heads, Crane F250 solid cam, Crane roller rockers, shot peened rods with ARP rod bolts, Arias forged pistons, MSD ignition system with 6AL 2 ignition box, High Energy oil sump, Mellings oil pump, ARP oil pump drive, high volume water pump and large aluminium radiator with twin thermo fans.

Power goes to the wheels through a 4 speed Top Loader gearbox with heavy duty clutch and then a 9" diff with a rebuilt 3:5 centre and Caltracs for improved traction.

Exhaust flows through new Pacemaker extractors and custom exhaust built and dyno tuned to the engine by Gold Coast Custom Exhaust.

The car is gun barrel straight and was bare metal resprayed in 2018. On the inside there is a full GT dash with GT gauges, GT door cards, bucket seats and new hoodlining.

Rebuilt steering box, new ball joints & tie rods, all new disc brake front & new drum brake rear and King Springs front. Riding on genuine ROH 5 slot GT rims with brand new rubber.
