1970 XY GT Falcon Replica Ute
Factory Falcon 500 V8 Ute one of one build, beautifully restored without regard to expense. Offers over $85,000 invited.
Restored in Wild Violet 2 Pak in 2019 with lots of new panels used and then rust proofed. Full GT black interior including genuine bucket seats, brand new seat belts and GT console. Correct perforated hood lining and sun visors plus GT dash, steering wheel, genuine restored clock and genuine door cars and glove box. There is also a genuine fully reconditioned XY 8 track player (still under warranty) and also some 8 track tapes.
Running a strong 351 Cleveland with Edlebrock Performer manifold, 650 Holley carby, MSD ignition, full metal shaker, new Pacemaker 4 into 1 extractors and 3" exhaust. New XY GT radiator and fittings including K code radiator support panel and 6 blade fan. Gears are swapped via a 5 speed Tremec gearbox with 4 speed Top Loader knob, new balanced tailshaft and Unijoints. At the rear there is an XB GT 9" diff with fully reconditioned 4 wheel disc braking system, new hand brake cabling and 3.7:1 Tru Trac gears.
The Ute is fitted with a genuine fully rebuilt XY power steering with 16:1 GT ratio steering box, new front suspension with Lovell springs, new shocks, spring saddles and components.
The super fastidious owner has added lots of fine detail to this ute including a 55 amp HO style yellow alternator, restored wiper motor, new wiper arms, blades new square base aerial, GT quarter vent window handle tabs, Dual GT tear drop mirrors, new sill moulds, rear window venetian, GT-HO front spoiler and a complete engine decal stamping kit. There are also over-rider bumper protectors and a brand new tarp fitted to the rear tub.
In the tray is a fitted rubber floor matt and a genuine Dunlop Aquajet spare on the original 14 x 5 steel rims. The Ute is riding on 5 new 14x 6" 5 slots wheels with new trims and caps and red wall tyres.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
