A very fine 1965 Mustang 2+2 Fastback, correctly restored in 2002 in Ballarat, VIC. Concours restored in the original Honey Gold Metallic with stunning contrasting Light Ivy Gold Crinkle standard Interior. This San Jose built and Los Angeles retailed Mustang was originally imported from California, converted to right hand drive on its arrival, and has been in the ownership of the current owner since 2003.
It features all original running gear including the original matching numbers A code 289 4V 4 barrel V8 and 3 speed C4 automatic gearbox, full length console, original working AM radio and factory drum brakes. Not optioned with power steering. Showing 79,686 miles. This Fastback is equipped with factory lap seat belts. Sitting on new BF Goodrich tyres with original Styled Steel sports road wheels.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
