2010 HSV MV2 Grange Build No 095 - Phantom Black
We have to thank Peter Brock for the long wheel base performance luxury car concept. Born in the early 80's with the Brock Statesman Magnum and continued by HSV with the VS based Statesman Grange, it's hard to argue with a luxury Holden that will keep up with a Mercedes Benz E63 or BMW M5, has more interior space and yet costs half as much as it''s Euro cousins. As it's name suggests, the Grange is all about the best of everything. And with the HSV touch applied, you get a car with the lot that can also boogie. For sale is a ONE OWNER HSV Grange powered by the 6.2 Litre LS3 V8 with only 73,577 Klms on the clock. For sale from our Sydney Showroom.
Even today a 317 kW HSV Grange feels pretty potent. Those ponies are mated to a six speed automatic gearbox and the Grange benefits from a blind spot alert system, self-levelling xenon headlights, a bi-modal exhaust system and magnetic ride control suspension that noticeably changes the vehicle's attitude around corners and over bumps.
A long term Holden Statesman enthusiast, the Grange was originally sold to the now 82 year old owner by Suttons Holden in Arncliffe, Sydney in April, 2010. This immaculate Phantom Black, ONE OWNER HSV Grange Build Number 095 is an excellent unmodified example of HSV's flagship model. This luxurious cruiser has covered a genuine 73,577 kilometres from new and comes with the HSV Compendium, full log books with excellent service history, HSV manuals and two sets of keys.
Of course along with the impressive power of the 317kW 550Nm 6.2 Litre V8, the Grange is equipped with loads of luxury gear including Onyx Nappa leather seats, 10-way electric adjustment on driver’s and front passenger’s seat, Tri-zone electronic climate control, a DVD player with dual LCD screens for two rear passengers with remote control plus two wireless headsets and a Bose Premium audio system 6-disc in-dash CD Player.
This is an immaculate accident free car with perfect panel and paint, a spotless interior which looks as if the back seats have hardly ever been used. The fastidious mature owner has thoroughly enjoyed this HSV Grange with mostly local suburban driving plus a regular yearly visit to the relatives in Wagga, NSW. A standout example of the HSV marque that can easily be used as a luxurious daily driver or as a great addition to any HSV collection as a reminder of the quality cars we used to design and build in this country.
The Grange is riding on unmarked HSV 19"alloy rims with staggered Bridgestone Potenza 245/40R19 front and 275/35R19 on the rear.
As the rear window sticker states ... ""I Just Want One"" - and the reason will become crystal clear when you get the Grange out on the open road. Overtaking is simply a press of the pedal away, no matter what the speed and switching the suspension from luxury to sports mode gives you confidence to tackle the most chopped-up roads. It's not going to outrun or out-handle a Porsche, but try fitting five people into a 911.
Full NSW registration until April, 2024. For sale from our Sydney Showroom. (Ref. 6330)
And if you like we will gladly arrange a video inspection/road test of the car using WhatsApp and of course there is no issue with door to door freight delivery anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
