1994 HSV VR GTS 5.7L Factory Stroker # 20 / 300 (SOLD)

Super rare and highly collectable HSV VR GTS. Build No. 20 of only 300 built. This is an HSV FACTORY stroker 5.7L Aussie V8 with the T56 6 speed manual gearbox and Hydratrak rear end. This was the first time since the early 70's that an Aussie car manufacturer had built a 300 Kw screamer. Capable of 14.8 seconds for 400m, 0-100 km/h in just 6.6 seconds and a 243 Km/h top speed. Build No. 20 is a totally unmolested three owner 167,000 km log booked, spotless GTS with all original untouched paint from new and always garaged. These GTS models were hand built with blue printed and balanced engines from HSV. Just 300 cars built with the 5.7 litre GTS option. They were also match ported with headwork carried out and more. Wheels Magazine (see pics) tested the car against the legends of the 70's and concluded it to be the fastest production car ever built in Australia's history.
