1975 HJ Holden Monaro GTS 308 V8 ... (SOLD)

Here is a great opportunity for a handy person to complete the restoration of this super rare HJ GTS Monaro. Located NSW Central Coast for inspection.

In Mandarin Red with Chamois and Covert Vinyl with cloth seat inserts, this 1975 HJ GTS Monaro is running a VK 308 L31 V8 and Tri-matic Automatic gearbox. The original 308 and T-400 gearbox are long gone.

The HJ GTS has been recently pulled out of the shed with minor rust in the doors and sills with solid floors, boot area and an older Acrylic paint job. You could either drive it as is or put some work into the car and bring it back to its former glory. This is an accident free car with no structural rust.

Mechanically the car runs well with a 650 Holley Vac secondaries, Redline Manifold, extractors and power steering fitted. Air cleaner is missing but otherwise all complete.

The interior is very clean and all original and pretty good for its age. Missing minor items here but all available at Rare Spares. Roof lining and complete dashboard are all original as are the gauges but radio is missing.

The boot area is super clean with nil rust and comes with a 15" steel rim spare.

And the genuine GTS rims are in good condition missing the Centre caps. Tyres are in good condition.

The ID tags have never been removed and the body number is spot on. The GTS starts, drives and runs well and presents a great opportunity for a Holden enthusiast to get into a genuine GTS for not a lot of coin.
