Full nut and bolt restoration. Perfect Teal Glow paint complimented with white interior incorporating the original bench seat, column auto, green tinted glass, rear window venetian and vinyl floor mat for that true retro feel. Has full factory air con, modified superfringe radio with AM/FM/Ipod.
Engine is from an AU11 XR8 220KW with edlebrock manifold coupled to a Holley avenger carby, Scorcher electronic distributor, hand made extractors to suit the GT40P heads, stainless exhaust with high flow mufflers. Running the serpentine belt and accessories from the AU including the alternator, water pump and air con compressor. The cooling is via a 4 core desert cooler aluminum radiator and twin thermo fan arrangement.
Transmission is a "Raceglides" built C9 auto combined with a heavy duty towing torque convertor.
Ford 9" fine spline LSD fitted up with a pair of billet rear axles.
Braking via XF front calipers and HO rear drum and a HO proportioning valve.
Air bag rear suspension with on board compressor with a control panel in the glove box.

The car has been meticulously built with every part new or fully refurbished including wiring looms, heating elements, brake lines, every suspension part, instruments, senders, rubbers, all the glass, complete new trim etc.
This car is fully street registered and like a new car to drive, (but a lot cooler) totally sorted with nothing to spend.
The build costs on this car are well in excess of the asking price. (Don't tell my wife), this is not another tarted up XY ute and it does not suffer from the indignity of being a GT replica, it's a very spectacular car that defiantly expresses its own kudos.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
