This is a genuine XV2 308 4 speed SS - somewhat modified. Having covered a mere 3000km since its full rebuild this car is very clean and tidy. All components used in its rebuild were the best available to us and are all brand new.

Starting from the new FR17 Simmons, AP 4 piston brakes on the front, C5 corvette rear brakes, Pedders FULL suspension set up including steering rack & all bushes throughout. The original motor (matching numbers) has been freshened up with a mild cam & intake upgrade with a full D&T stainless exhaust. The engine bay in this car is completey stripped of all unsightly bits and detailed throughout with polished PWR alloy radiator & overflow, chromed brake booster, strut brace, tower caps, braided hoses everywhere and custom plenum covers. The original aussie 4 speed takes car of the gears with a new ford 9 inch 3.55 ratio LSD taking up the rear.

All of the bodywork has been done in the original Alabaster white with genuine HDT Group 3 bodykit fitted including bonnet scoop and wind splits. The interior has also had the works with an array of autometer guages installed into the custom crash pad, MOMO steering wheel, full retrim in SLE material (due to the unavailability of the SS material) with VS door pockets to keep the audio system out of sight.

There is much more i can list about this car but im sure that the photos will speak a hundred words, it was also featured in Street Machine Commodores issue #22 as well as various pics in Street Commodres from events the car has attended.Over 60k was spent on this car during the build up.
