2022 RAM 2500 Heavy Duty Laramie - 27,200 km
There is no doubt that the RAM is an imposing beast. However, within 30 minutes of driving it you'll feel right at home, enjoying that torquey engine and the comforts and features of the plush spacious leather interior.
With the 6.7L Cummins turbo-diesel engine and superb six-speed gearbox there is certainly no lack of pulling power. With 1152Nm of torque available, simply put the column shifter into drive, put your foot down and be surprised that a vehicle this big can actually move like a rocketship.
And the fuel consumption isn't too bad either with 12.7L/100km when lazily cruising on the highway, or around 15.0L/100km when towing or pushing hard on the accelerator. In fact the 2500 is set up to tow 3500kg with a 50mm tow ball, something it will do with ease. If upgraded to a 70mm tow ball, RAM says the 2500 can tow 4500kg and up to 8000kg with air brakes on the trailer and a full gooseneck-style towing system. So the sky is the limit with the RAM.
While most people will buy a RAM to tow or haul, its good to know that it is also a capable off roader with part-time shift on the fly 4×4/2WD-4WD high – 4WD low making this a very versatile truck able to handle many roles.
The cabin features six seats instead of the traditional five with the centre console lifting up to enable three people across the front row. The seats are heated and ventilated and the steering wheel is heated as well. All of this is controlled via the massive control screen in the centre of the dash, which is quick and easy to navigate. The infotainment system is the brains of the interior and is easy to use and connect devices to. The RAM is also fitted with a GME XRS UHF radio with GPS and Bluetooth capabilities.
The tray is enormous, and in this case is covered by the optional $8,000 hard cover. The original factory tonneau cover is also included. There’s a sliding rear window and external lighting in the tray area and you can even drop the tailgate from inside the cabin, with a simple push of a roof-mounted button.
A NSW country vehicle, the RAM comes with the ownership log books and manuals plus full service history through Blacklocks in Wodonga, VIC and full new car warranty until September 2025. NSW registration until 29th of September 2025

Terms of sale
Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
