Ex NSW Police Commodore featuring all Police pack items including ABS, FE2 Sports Suspension, LSD, 15" x 7" rims, 225 x 60 R15 tyres, Passenger's Airbag, Sump protector plate, additional Wiring Loom for power supply to lights, siren plus the Interior Dome Light incorporating Map Reading lights and an Interior Lights Isolation Switch (isolates glovebox light, boot and interior dome and map reading lights).
In Heron white with Anthracite Black trim, this VX has survived in very good original condition despite its 352,193 Kilometres. Well maintained and obviously still sporting the Police chip, this VX Commodore has some serious get up and go and with full NSW registration until March, 2023, you're ready to hit the road in a well priced Aussie Commodore classic.
Enlisted into the Police force on 5-12-2001, the car was retained by the Police until 7-10-2003 and was then sold to Namoi Valley Motors a car dealer in Gunnedah, NSW. The VX then went to an owner in Northmead, NSW who retained the car until 2017. The VX was then sold to an owner in Dee Why, NSW who retained the Commodore from 2017 until 2020. There are service documents supporting the servicing of the VX throughout it's ownership history. The most recent owner purchased the car in 2020. An ex. Running the matching numbers 3.8 L Ecotec L36 V6 mated to the 4-speed GM 4L60-E automatic gearbox, the VX is supplied with the original log books indicating the original owner as the NSW Police Service, Enfield, NSW, extensive service history with receipt file, two sets of keys, a Commodore Service manual and several registration certificates.
The interior is all original and in good condition for the age and mileage with factory working Air conditioning, power steering and AM/FM radio with single CD Disk player. The Police pack Dome light and Lights Isolation switch are in place and there is evidence of past Police radio fittings on the console.
The Commodore is riding on the Police spec widened 15" steel rims with brand new tyres plus a matching spare in the boot with the factory tools.
With NSW number plates VXX-000 (as in VX X Triple 0) and registration until 30-6-2023, this is a great entry point into a collectable Aussie classic car and a great example of the once commonly seen Police Commodores.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
