Seriously precious metal! With only 15,763 klms from new in the hands of only two enthusiastic HSV collectors, this is truly a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most original and lowest mileage HSV VL SS Group A Walkinshaws available.
Build No. 347 was purchased by the original lady owner from Eagers Holden in Newstead, Brisbane, QLD. Religiously serviced as per the log books by the dealership from 1988 until 2005 when purchased by the second and current owner with 13,300 klms on the clock. Having had a replica Walkinshaw prior to owning this car, the current owner had the vision to purchase this special car back in 2005 and instead of racking up the kilometres has looked after the car to ensure that it retains its originality. The oils, fuel and the brake fluid have been changed regularly and the car has been driven around the block to ensure that everything is kept in perfect working condition.
The car is all original with untouched paint, original decals, headlights, spark plugs, belts, air cleaner and the original RE71 tyres and valve caps! The rear muffler has been changed due to age.
The vehicle still has the throttle body restrictor fitted, both sets of working keys and a working A/C with the original R12 gas still in place. The car comes with all its service log books and purchase documentation. The interior is absolutely original with no marks anywhere. She still has the new car smell and has nil wear anywhere. The original radio cassette is in perfect condition and the electric aerial is still black from lack of use. No need to listen to the radio when you've got the wonderful twin throttle bodies making their unique sound.
A lowering kit supplied with the car originally has been fitted to the vehicle and also includes the jack point covers (with fitting instructions) that were a special order from HSV after the purchase of the car. The car has only ever been washed with rainwater when necessary and has never had silicone sprays or Armor All used on it.
Stored in its own insulated shed the car is a testament to the current owners respect for this unique HSV Walkinshaw. The car comes with its original QLD number plates. Currently on club registration. The car is located in Gladstone district, QLD. (Ref. 5338)

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
