1983 VH SL/X Holden Commodore 4.2L V8
A three owner totally original and immaculate VH SL/X Commodore with only 110,639 Kilometres on the clock, this is one of the last VH Commodores to roll off the GMH assembly line before the VK. Originally sold through Patterson Cheney in Ringwood, Victoria the Commodore was delivered to the first owner in early 1984. The factory Morning blue paint presents in excellent condition and the Commodore has never been involved in an accident. All chrome and glass is also in excellent condition and is original except for the front windscreen.
The interior is in exceptional condition with all gauges working, excellent all original seat and door trims, perfect dash, crash pad and steering wheel. The SL/X is factory fitted with ice cold Air-conditioning, Power Steering, working AM radio and SL/E 15" alloy rims.
Mechanically, the Commodore is all matching numbers and the current owner since 2013 has spared no expense in keeping her totally original. The 4.2 litre V8 motor is in excellent original condition and has never been rebuilt, just well maintained. The Commodore has been serviced yearly by Intermarque in Collingwood, Victoria and is supplied with all receipts on file.
The Commodore is supplied with all the original documentation, ownership log books and manuals, keys, sales brochures and the genuine GM accessories form.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
