1973 XA GT Falcon Hardtop

Super rare to find now-a-days 1973 XA GT Falcon Hardtop 4 speed, originally Yellow Glo with White trim and now maroon with black and red cloth interior. Matching numbers car with original JG66 block and crank supplied and running a 1972 JG33 D block Cleveland, the original 4 speed top loader gearbox and 3.0:1 finned drum 9" rear. Compliance plates have never been removed.

Engine rebuilt 5,000 klms ago with receipts. Bolt on FiTech Fuel Injection and Desert Cooler Burnout King alloy radiator. Front and rear spoilers and bonnet with blackouts. Boyd Junkyard Dog rims 18 x 8 front and 20 x 9 rear. Car drives like a dream!

Yes it will need some work but drive it and enjoy for a while, then restore it later. Current owner since 1999. Previous owner painted the car Maroon and changed the trim because it was the 1990's and that's what you did. Heaps of genuine not repro parts go with the car (See list below). Comes with original steering wheel.

Terms of sale

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.

When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.

The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.

If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.

If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.

AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
