1971 Ford XY Falcon 500 GS Rallye Pack - 302 V8 4 Speed

For sale is a genuine unrestored survivor 1971 Yellow Ochre Y Code 302 V8 4 speed Top Loader Falcon 500 optioned with the ultra desirable GS Rallye Pack. For your inspection at our Sydney Showroom.

This all matching numbers XY is a three owner GS Falcon and is presented in original factory condition. Sold originally by B S Stillwell, Ford in Kew, Victoria the Falcon has spent much of its life in the dry climate of Canberra and has survived in incredibly solid condition. Showing 64,021 miles, the GS can be driven as is on the current NSW full registration or the slight panel damage to the front right hand guard and boot lid could be repaired and blended in to the rest of the paint.

The black interior is in all original condition with factory seat coverings, door cards, dash, steering wheel and crash pad. The gauges all work except for the clock.

Mechanically, the GS Falcon comes with the original complete and running 302 V8 Windsor motor on original bore on an engine stand PLUS the motor in the GS which is a rebuilt 302 Windsor roller motor with Holley carby, Weiand manifold and Pacemaker extractors. The GS is currently running a T-5 5 speed gearbox. The factory 4 speed Top Loader is supplied with the car. The standard diff and tail shaft are factory items and the GS is fitted with a dual exhaust system.

Brakes are standard discs on the front and drums on the rear and the springs and shocks have been upgraded while retaining the original items which will be supplied with the car.

Riding on factory 14"steel rims with excellent GS caps with new Firemax 195/75R14 tyres fitted recently. In the boot is the original boot mat, spare wheel and factory tools.

The underside is in excellent condition. And even the B S Stillwell engine bay sticker is still in its place on the shock tower.

And wait till you drive this baby. She purrs like a kitten and gets up and goes like a rocket.

The XY was last fully serviced in August 2024 with a full grease and oil change including brake fluid change. The GS comes with a Ford Verification letter and two sets of keys.

This is a true survivor GS Falcon ready to be enjoyed as is or restored to your requirements. Either way, you'll be very proud to own this beauty!
