1969 XT GT Falcon

$SOLD

Hard to locate nowadays, the lovely 302 Windsor powered XT GT was the first of the regular production GT Falcons and the first of the GTs that could be ordered in a range of colours and transmission choices.

Here we have a very good original example with all matching numbers 302 V8 and factory Top Loader 4 speed gearbox. Painted in the pick of the XT GT colours, Zircon Green, this XT GT was originally sold through Hastings Deering Ford in Lidcombe, NSW.

Bought by the current owner in 2015 and until recently located in Perth, thus the WA registration, the car has now moved back to Sydney and is ready for its next custodian. We would class this XT GT as an excellent and reliable driver rather than a show car. Paint is a good 7-8/10 condition. The black interior is in excellent order. Reportedly, the car has never had a radio fitted (obviously all owners have wanted to appreciate the wonderful Windsor burble instead). It still features the original Lucas Ranger spotlights in superb condition. Radiator support, shock tower and engine number stampings are all spot on. And the original steel wheels and GT chrome hub caps are all there.

This is a rare GT that you will be proud to own and drive. To be appreciated as is. Letter of verification from Ford. Call for further details. Full WA registration. In our Kingsgrove, Sydney showroom. (Ref. 5180)

Terms of sale

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.

When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.

The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.

If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.

If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.

AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
