1968 Chevrolet Impala 327 V8
The Chev is fitted with under dash A/C that was originally fitted by the dealership. The system is fully intact with belt removed but does need re-gassing. The Impala is also fitted with factory power steering and power aerial.
The Chev was restored by the second owner in the mid 1990s in the original paint combination of Platinum Metallic with a Kashmir White roof. The Impala still presents in excellent condition with minor blemishes only. As the original dealer principal was a pipe smoker, the interior was refurbished with new seat vinyl, hood lining and carpets imported from the USA. The Chev is supplied with a folder of invoices dating back to the 1990s.
The current owner purchased the Chevy in 2002 and has serviced the Impala regularly and used it sparingly. Always garaged and not driven in the rain or on dirt roads.
The Chevy is fitted with the original Air Chief radio plus a CD player, speaker box on rear shelf with no holes cut into the parcel shelf. The current owner has serviced the radiator, replaced the front tyres at 79,122 miles, fitted a new brake master cylinder & booster, replaced the wheel cylinders and installed new front brake lines & brake lining at 79,122 miles. Invoices supplied for these works.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
