2011 - 14th Falcon GT Nationals - Brisbane
The 14th Falcon GT Nationals was hosted in Brisbane by the Falcon GT Owners club of Queensland over the Easter weekend. People came from all over Australia and New Zealand to witness a huge collection of original, restored and rarely seen GT Falcons. The streets of Brisbane looked and sounded like GT territory as cars cruised the streets in preparation for the Concourse event. Well done to the Qld club and to the sponsors and we all look forward to Bathurst in two years time. Enjoy the photos.
All GT Nationals begin with a Road Trip. A pilgrimage. A journey from home base to a place where all things are focused on the Falcon GT. The Brisbane Nationals was no different. And there was something for everyone. From the show and shine and concourse events, to a motor sport track day, a parts sale and BBQs with drinks, a visit to the Bowdens collection and lots of talking about our favourite subject - the Falcon GT.
