Description:

Carroll Shelby prepared 3 cars for his School of High Performance Recreation of Shelby 5S451.

Rebuilt 302 engine, with GT40 heads, 1.76 roller rockers, Edelbrock hi performance intake manifold, Edelbrock 650 cfm 4 barrel carb.

New T5 5 speed transmission.

New Tri-Y Headers flow into a Shelby side exit exhaust system.

New 3 core radiator, the water pump, fuel pump, starter and alternator are also new.

The engine bay has been wired with a new correct wiring harness as well as a new interior wiring harness.

The body has the correct Shelby GT350 fiberglass hood and R Code front valence.

Proper 15x7 Torq Thrust D's with new Firestone 60/15/215 tires.

Painted in the proper Wimbledon White paint with Guardsmen Blue Le Mans stripes.

Interior has a new Shelby Tachometer and Shelby Oil Pressure gauge in the proper center mounted gauge pod.

New 15" wood Shelby Steering Wheel with a proper 6 bolt aluminum steering column.

Proper Shelby dash mounted horn toggle switch and radio delete panel. The proper fiberglass rear seat delete has been added to the car as well.

The original seats have been restored with new proper upholstery and have 3" racing seat belts.

The carpet, door panels, kick panels and headliner are all new as well.

This car runs strong and will make any Shelby enthusiast or Vintage Race fan proud.

All of the receipts and pictures of the restoration are available to those who are interested.

The car has been driven less than 500 miles since the restoration.

The paint and body was professionally completed by Arizona Street Customs.

The mechanical restoration was completed by Dan Martorano, the owner of AmWest Vintage Auto, who has held the position of President of the Copperstate Mustang Club.
